Customer service is excellent. Food is tasteful and the entrees are presented with a lot of color and flavor. Filling lunch deals untill 4pm . .99c early bird dinner specials in the evening. The location is in a discrete spot so it might be hard to notice

Food is great! I have had the pizza (pepperoni and Rachel Rays and they are both very tasty) and also a few of the entrees (salad in a pita and chicken platter) and have been impressed by all.

This place is a diamond in the rough. I came here about a year ago and was not satisfied. However I decided to give it a try again this past month and to my delight my experience was PHENOMENAL. The kicker? The restaurant is under new ownership! My server (fuzzy on the name but he had a pony tail) was excellent. Being the pain that I am I asked him for low fat milk in my coffee and his response, "unfortunately were out of low-fat at the moment but I would be more than happy to run next door to star bucks and grab some for you." He didn't hesitate to make sure that everything I requested was provided AND THEN SOME! I wanted to tell the manager how much I appreciated the service and he came to our table and that's when I was told about the ownership change. His name was Romano and he seemed to be very excited in the positive turn around his store it's having. Finally the food. It was fantastic. Not even kidding. Italian isn't the hardest food to make or anything but my brother won't stop talking about how he's going back for the chicken parm sub. I went with the chicken marsala and it was up there with the best I've eaten. The lobster bisque was great and the garlic rolls were as amazing as garlic rolls can be. All in all i can say I WILL BE going back. The pony tail waiter was the epitome of a proper server and Romano seems to have everything working smoothly. MUCH BETTER than my experience last year.

Expensive and mediocre: a Caesar salad with bottled dressing costs $9. The pepperoni pizza was unmemorable. Better to go to Papa John's, even though you get a food hangover the next morning.

I was on a business trip, decided to order from this place, I order a Veggie Pizza and a House salad. I was impressed because the pizza was delivered in less than the stated time. The pizza was delicious, with a great crust & sauce and the veggies were done just right! (The eggplant was really yummy!!) The side salad was huge, with a lot of cukes & tomatoes, and not all lettuce like a lot of places give you. I will definitely order from them again!!

Great place! Great atmosphere! Great food. We went there for a quick lunch and end up having a full meal! Chicken parm and the Malibu salad was the best! We were quickly served and the food was fresh and well made! 5 stars and keep it up guys!

$7.99 are you out of your mind! Couldn't have been happier with this experience. Went today for lunch and they have a TON of "belly busting" (as Leon our awesome server called them) lunch specials. They also have outside seating. 1/2 a sub, soup or salad, and a slice of pizza.... $7.99. Additionally, we were in and out of there in less than 40 mins. I'd also like to compliment our overly exuberant and very happy server Leon. What a breath of fresh air this guy was. He loves people and it shows, he should be your manager. Great, Great, Great service. Definitely going back!

Came here to meet my boyfriend for lunch and the Staff was extremely rude. I had a salad from the nearby salad place in my hand and before I even sat down they told me I couldn't eat my salad there. Which I would never do. We proceeded to order and a different person came up and asked me if they could throw it away. Other staff members continued to hound us and we weren't even there for 5 minutes. I would never come back to this place. No matter what you should never assume or hound a customer.

Love these people, love this place...I write my reviews based on "what it is" in category. We've had pretty much everything on the menu, and it never disappoints at these prices - they've got some knockout reasonable lunch specials, and .99 Early bird deals which works well for me/my fiance' as we live an nontraditional schedule. Good pizza too.... Prices way better than Sal's across the street. The salads seemed a tad pricey, so I say go for a side salad with one of their main dishes...

I always thought the poorest excuse for Italian food was at an Olive Garden until I went to Rotelli's. I now know I was wrong. This place wins that honor. I'm positive that Chef Boyardee has a job now their restaurant. South Florida is well known for overpriced mediocre Italian restaurants but Rotelli's represents the absolute bottom from which all others can strive to be better than. At least it's not overpriced. Save yourself some aggravation and money: go to Publix and buy a can of Spaghetti'os. It will be as good as what you'll get at Rotelli's.

Went here with my boyfriend for a nice little Italian dinner. Our waitress was Taneesha, and she was very very sweet and attentive! She told us about their early bird specials just in time! I ordered the chicken marsala with penne and pasta fagioli. My boyfriend got a calzone with pepperoni. Taneesha told us the soup would take about 10 minutes since they were making it fresh. She brought the garlic rolls out right away. They were crispy and delicious. Our food had come and the soup still took a while after that, but very worth the wait, ! This soup tasted the closest I've had to how my mom makes it. Just great! The marsala was good, although different. The sauce was quite thick and dark, and almost resembled gravy, but it was good nonetheless. The calzone was amazing, as well as the marinara dipping sauce. Then we had the ultimate chocolate cake which was heavenly! Would go back definitely to this location or others! Great service from Taneesha!

This place is fine for lunch if you want the typical S. Florida lunch deal -- pizza and 1/2 sandwich for $6.99. Sal's offers the same lunch deal, and I've seen it at other random spots around town. Rotelli's is a chain, and (normally, but not today) an easy go-to spot to get in and out in an hour for lunch during the week. Their calzones are wonderful! Today I had the Greek Pita Salad, and that thing was HUGE! I'm not exaggerating when I say that two people can split this item. Service is typically neither here nor there (whoever came up with that term must be a genius or just really strange). It's just "meh". Today, one of my co-workers ordered the lunch special but never got her sandwich. Our server never returned to ask how everything was. When it was time to get our leftovers wrapped up, our server brought three "to go" containers but only one bag. Really? Aren't the three of us gals obviously on a lunch break from work? Do we really look like we all share the same house/refrigerator? When we asked for two more bags, she didn't bring them. When we asked the host, "Can we get 2 more bags?", he said "Umm...?", and actually had to contemplate about it. Really? I must say that service here is normally just average, so today was a little odd, but worth mentioning. We'll continue to go here for lunch every now and then when we know what we'll get, and don't really need anything outstanding, just good and filling.

Rotelli is a great place to have a great meal. The food is excellent and the service is even better. I had the pizza and it was wonderful. Everyone is so welcoming. I definitely recommend it!!
